I had the pleasure of staying at Appartamento Ca' Marco Polo during my recent trip to Venice. Upon arrival, our host Vanni warmly welcomed us and showed us around the cozy and super clean apartment. The location was perfect, surrounded by coffee shops, supermarkets, and just a short walk from the waterbus. The beds and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a busy day exploring the city. I also appreciated the modern bathrooms and the well-stocked kitchen with essentials like butter, milk, tea, coffee, sugar. The apartment felt secure with two locked doors. Vanni were great, provided us with valuable information and recommendations for our visit. Despite a small downside of the bedroom being slightly bright at night, the overall experience at Appartamento Ca' Marco Polo was fantastic. I highly recommend this apartment for a pleasant and convenient stay in Venice. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Fairly clean property adjacent to Venice as well as a grocery store. Warm welcome from host. Set in the heart of the city. Btw, located to St Marks square. Great value, nothing too much trouble.

We got great value for our money at this amazing apartment. It was beautifully renovated, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, not overrun with tourists but still conveniently close to St. Mark's Square and public transportation. The owner, Vanni, was cute and helpful, making us feel like locals rather than tourists.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast experience better would be having a wider selection of items.

Perfect for our group of four people! It had everything you need: air conditioning, a kitchen with necessary appliances, and a really nice owner. We definitely recommend it, especially for visiting the Biennale, but it's also within walking distance of the Markus-Dome.

Can just recommend this hotel.

Terrific apartment! Great host, prompt answering of questions. Clean, well-furnished, good wifi. Safe, quiet location. Convenient walk to San Marco Piazza. Excellent nearby restaurants, grocery store, bakery, gelato place. Convenient access to vaporetto stops. Highly recommended choice.

Great location! Away from the busy tourist areas but still close enough to reach them easily. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. We loved that there were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, and it was only a short walk to the waterbus. The host, Vanni, was incredibly helpful and provided us with excellent recommendations for things to do and see during our romantic escape.

The check-out time could have been a bit later. Although we were lucky to be granted a late check-out, it would have been more convenient for us to have a later standard check-out time.

The host and the apartment were beyond amazing! Mind-blowing experience in a non-touristy area, yet close to main attractions. The place was jaw-droppingly clean and beautifully designed. Communication with the host was super smooth. They even provided an electric kettle, cookware, and utensils. The air conditioning and flat-screen TV made our stay even more enjoyable. The express check-in and check-out feature was very convenient. They also had cots available, and the luggage storage option was a bonus. Plus, no pets allowed and no smoking on site. Highly recommended!

The location was lit, just a short walk to Basilica San Marco and Piazza San Marco. We had a blast exploring these iconic spots and taking dope selfies. The apartment was hella clean and cozy, perfect for chillin' after a lit day of sightseeing. The host was super cool and hooked us up with recommendations for the best party spots in Venice. Best vacay ever!

Only thing that would've made it more fire is if there was a sick rooftop terrace at the apartment. It would've been wicked to have a dope hangout spot to pregame before hitting the clubs.
